By completing their purchase, the client acknowledges that registering for the group retreat immediately incurs booking and vendor fees. Therefore, any registration made fewer than 14 calendar days before the event is non-refundable and final. Instalment payments are a payment convenience, not a subscription; the client is responsible for the full amount upon order confirmation.
